We ensure safety, quality and traceability throughout the entire operation – in accordance with applicable legislation and customers' requirements and expectations.

We work systematically with risk assessment, follow-up and continuous improvement to deliver the right quality and safe food, including requirements for correct labeling and product authenticity (correct origin, correct manufacturing method and no adulteration).

We prioritize suppliers certified according to GFSI-recognized standards, supplementing with self-declarations and audits when needed, and carry out spot checks upon arrival.

Complaints are measured and followed up together with the supplier to drive improvements. Animal welfare and sustainability/CSR are integrated into supplier evaluation and our ongoing dialogue, and logistics are secured through approved carriers.

We handle personal data in accordance with GDPR for employees, customers and suppliers, work for a safe and developing working environment with zero tolerance for discrimination, uphold free competition, and have zero tolerance for corruption and bribery.
