NORLAND
To achieve the high quality we demand of NORLAND, we select only the best heifers from a special selection of breeds. These crosses are usually between dairy and beef breeds.
Through crossbreeding, we create meat with a great variation in fat and shape. This gives our experts a broad palette from which they can select exactly the right quality that meets the very specific criteria we have defined for the NORLAND range.
