Veal loin / veal strip loin is a very tender and fine cut of meat from the calf's back. It is lean, has short muscle fibers, and a mild, elegant flavor. The meat is well suited for quick cooking such as pan-frying or grilling, but can also be cooked whole in the oven. Since it is lean, it should not be overcooked – best is pink to lightly pink in the center for juiciness and the best flavor.
The veal we offer comes from animals that are raised and slaughtered within the EU. Production follows the EU’s common regulations for animal welfare, feed and food safety, which means requirements for proper care, supervision and rearing conditions throughout the entire chain. The calves are raised under controlled conditions and fed according to established rules that ensure both animal welfare and meat quality. The range is suitable for retail, butcher shops, catering, restaurants and industry, where consistent quality, traceability and reliable origin are essential factors.
