Veal hind leg is a very tender and fine cut from the calf’s hind leg. It is low in fat, has a mild flavor, and a smooth, fine texture. The meat is especially well suited for frying, grilling, or quick cooking, but it is also often used for schnitzels, medallions, or finer stews where you want a light and tender meat.
The veal we offer comes from animals that are raised and slaughtered within the EU.
