Veal liver is a tender, nutrient-rich cut of meat from calf with a milder flavor than liver from older animals. It has a delicate, soft texture and is often fried, preferably together with onion, bacon and a creamy sauce. Veal liver is rich in iron, vitamin A and B vitamins.
The veal we offer comes from animals that are raised and slaughtered within the EU. Production follows the EU’s common regulations for animal welfare, feed and food safety, which means requirements for proper care, supervision and rearing conditions throughout the entire chain. The calves are raised under controlled conditions and fed according to established rules that ensure both animal welfare and meat quality.
