Product Information
Fransyska is a lean and fairly firm cut of beef from the cow’s hind leg. It has a mild beef flavor and very little fat, which makes it excellent for slow cooking. Fransyska is often used for roasting, stews, simmering, or curing in brine, where it becomes tender and juicy when given time.
The beef we offer comes from animals raised and slaughtered within the EU in accordance with applicable EU legislation. Throughout the entire production chain, requirements are placed on care, supervision and controlled rearing conditions, with clear rules for feed composition, hygiene and traceability. This contributes to consistent and stable quality as well as high food safety. The range is well suited for retail, institutional catering, restaurants and industry, where consistent quality, reliable deliveries and clear origin information are essential.
