Chuck roast is a cut of beef from the front section of the animal, near the neck and shoulder. It contains a good amount of connective tissue and fat, which makes it very flavorful but requires long cooking to become really tender. Chuck roast is especially well suited to stews, slow-cooked dishes, pulled beef, and ground meat, where it has time to break down and become juicy.
The beef we offer comes from animals raised and slaughtered within the EU in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
