Ground beef 90/10 (not ground) is selected meat with 90% lean meat and 10% fat, cut into pieces about fist-sized, intended for grinding. The raw material yields a balanced mince with good juiciness and a pure meaty flavor, suitable for all types of ground meat production such as hamburgers, meatballs and meat sauce.
The beef we offer comes from animals raised and slaughtered within the EU in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
